I recently overhauled the way I track my media consumption — and in this post, I’ll walk you through what changed and why.

One area I’m still figuring out is game reviews. Dedicated posts for individual games have a lot going for them: they’re easy to browse, and I can include links, trailers, and richer context.
I recently overhauled the way I track my media consumption — and in this post, I’ll walk you through what changed and why.

One area I’m still figuring out is game reviews. Dedicated posts for individual games have a lot going for them: they’re easy to browse, and I can include links, trailers, and richer context. On the other hand, my current games list captures most of the key information in one place — it’s just not as reader-friendly.

In the end, I’ll likely stick with the consolidated list going forward. It’s simpler to maintain, and at this point that matters more to me than the extra polish of individual posts. That said, I’ll be keeping the old review posts up — and who knows, I might publish new standalone reviews in the future.
