I feel like I have to change the way I watch anime and consume media in general. I normally always watch quite a lot of airing anime and then sort them out by dropping or pausing them if I am not interested or don’t like the show. It would probably be best if I just watch one show at a time that is already fully released. That way I won’t feel stressed because I couldn’t watch an episode the day it was released and maybe my mind would be less cluttered. That would also give me the option to binge watch a show or watch multiple episodes in one sitting resulting in a better more immersed viewing experience.
